Legacy Programs and the Extraterrestrial Technology Covenant
The legacy programs originated with the recovery of advanced extraterrestrial technologies—some of technologies were originally designed and gifted for peaceful purposes in other reality fields, whereas others were sold to us by lesser peaceful usage by more dubious groups from parallel systems.
In the other worlds there is an understanding that this technology must be approached with responsibility and foresight. The otherworldly framework is one of careful research, ethical development, and, ultimately, sharing these breakthroughs for the benefit of the entire reality field (for the highest good of the many) and the advancement that supports health, well-being, and more harmonious relationship within the broader cosmic community.
However, in our sector, most of this technology have been utilized for competing interests. Rather than being openly shared or used to foster global progress, much of the recovered technology became subject to secrecy and exploitation, channeled instead into covert military programs focused on dominance, control, and strategic advantage. This divergence set the stage for what is often referred to as the NHI Covenant—a binding, universal agreement enforced by non-human intelligences that governs the ethical use and stewardship of peaceful extraterrestrial technologies in organic worlds.
This agreement clearly prohibits the indefinite concealment of such technologies from the broader population. It also forbids their militarization without appropriate restitution or reconciliation that restores balance to the reality field and its holographic-energetic system. Moreover, any attempts to use this technology in ways that subvert reality field or cosmic harmony—for example, by exacerbating conflict, environmental degradation, or interfering with natural energetic systems—are considered serious violations.
The consequences for these breaches are significant. If not shared public within our reality field by 2029, the latest, this may trigger forced retrieval operations, where non-human intelligences intervene directly to reclaim technology or mitigate damage. Additionally, continued violations risk the loss of humanity’s custodial role on Earth, potentially resulting in external interventions beyond human control or consent. This framework underscores the importance of transparency, ethical responsibility, and alignment with universal laws as humanity moves forward in its evolving relationship with extraterrestrial technologies.
In the emerging study of multidimensional contact phenomena, we find ourselves confronting not only the limits of empirical science but the limits of cognition itself.
