Our sector will change into the hybrid configuration that will support the last leg of the Universal Matrix Project to build a new version of the Less Progressive Universal structure into a new formation that will carry the grids and networks needed to support the Universal Matrix in the 4th and 5th dimension. This hybrid configuration is under the control of the new kids on the block that have grown out of the regressed colonial groups and their affiliates.

The Universal Matrix 4th dimension (UM4D) is governed by what is left of the 3 lineages that have regressed into combinations of insectoid, avian, reptoid and mammal combinations. The continuation of their existence is secured via the hybrid templates and hybrid programs. 

The Universal Matrix 5th dimension (UM5D) is governed by the humanoid of the original LPU lineages, which joined the 3 regressed lineages at the time of the Atlantean colonies. 

These ancient Atlantean human-humanoid groups are part of the Transnational Regenesis Programs deployed all over our world, and have been doing so since the colonization of our solar system. 

The Atlantean groups were granted the old 5th dimension by the D10 Dracos some 26,000 years ago with all of its cube technology and the allowance to run their own parallel programs. 

In our time, these programs are called the Star Seed Programs in exchange for overseeing the colonial technologies in the 4th dimension. 

In the Universal Matrix they will again sit on the top of the hierarchy and ensure the programs run as needed within the new worlds of the universal matrix. 

The Universal Matrix (UM) or OM as it is also called the Otherworldly Matrix. 

This forces us into exponentially rapid NGC Activation and Cleanup processes.
